Worst customer service ever!!! We will never be going back. I'd rather go to Sheels and pay out the nose for their expensive fish tank and taxidermy. My wife forgot her coupon and they refused to give it to her. She asked to use their wifi and they offered to go in the back to check and never came back. She asked about items and the answer was "it looks like we don't have that" but they really didn't know what they were talking about because another associate had the item. Why not just say that you don't know??? Why lie??? Meanwhile, I nodded at the cashier who ignored me as I walked in. I walked straight to the guns and ammo with intent to buy cases of 5.56 and 9mm. No one asked to help. It looked to me they were helping my wife, so I patiently waited for a half hour for someone to come by. We were the only ones in the store, but they just kept walking past without saying anything. I debated asking for help but they seemed to be pointedly ignoring me so I quietly left. My wife bought the two cheapest things on her list and followed me out. Good job Big 5. With a little smile and ask to help and I would've spent hundreds of dollars on ammo. With a little help to get your coupon for my wife and she surely would've spent at least $100 to get the 20% off. We have big plans for emergency preparedness and we will be buying the stuff elsewhere. We are a family that loves the great outdoors! We love fishing, camping and rock hounding to name a few things we love. Anyone that spends a lot of time outdoors should be prepared for any situation. Big 5 Sporting Goods is a great place to get everything you need for an emergency kit. Not just bandaides & ointment. You should also have items to protect you from bad weather, snake bites, etc. That is why I was in Big 5 Sporting goods, to make sure all three of my boys (men) have a great emergency kit to take with them where ever they go. It is also a great thing to have in your car. What next of the most important thing items everyone should have is a way to make any source of water safe to drink. You can't live without water, but you can go days without food! That said, some freeze dried food is also a good idea...and a way to heat it would be nice.

Im thankful to be granted permussion to plug in outside to charge my cell phone ive been a goid customer with great staff who can identify me but whst kniwledge they have about me is wgat is not cibfirmed to me is how do the customers here at big five need me to get mived aling one day when i was taking a rest at a store next doir where i would nit have been visuslly seen outside unless it was who were tge custimers that day where a hold for an outside agency nitice fir detectives is my prior emoloyer.
