NO ONE should have to wait 4 hours for a pizza!!!!
Very Upset, Dissappointed, and out of a lot of money for goods not provided and/or not ordered!
• I spent almost $100 and tipped 20%!! At 10:47pm yesterday and my order didn't arrive until 2:40am!! 4hrs later!! My child fell asleep waiting and I almost did myself!!
• All 3 pizzas (though somewhat close) were WRONG!!! None of the "extras" on cheese and toppings were done!! Covered in tons of toppings I didn't even order!!
• I had to throw away the Extra Large "create your own pizza"!!! the whole order was epically Wrong!!!
I have NEVER had this kind of experience before with Papa John's!!
Now that being said, the Doordash driver said I wasn't the only customer that night and that there was literally One person working on all the orders and was working to get all the orders done and was super stressed out!!
I Feel for him and hope he's recognized for his work!!
You want to "offer me" 50% off my next order!!! Who said I want to even do business there any longer? It's was a toss up last night between Papa John's or 2 other pizza companies last night. I think it's time to explore the many other pizza establishments in Topeka!
All the orders were wrong and the Extra large had to be thrown away!! I paid almost $100 included 20% tip within!! It's not that guys fault!! It's your fault for running a business understaffed and provided no clear communication!!

Read moreI ordered 2 large pizzas with Canadian bacon and bacon and pinnaple online. I used papa track to track my order and it kept saying it was baking even when I refreshed it so I was about to call them up and suddenly my order shows it was canceled. I called them up and they say my pizza was delivered and they tried to call me to let them in and they cancelled it because no one answered the phone 5 times. The only missed calls I have are not all from the same number and when I asked if I can get it present they said no and the lady basically blamed me for it when I used papa tracks to try and be aware my order was on it's way so I could meet them. She wouldn't resend the pizza and said it would take 72hrs for my money to be refunded. As a result I had to order pizza again but this time I ordered Domino's and I saved $10,had great customer service and I actually got my order. Will be ordering from Domino's from now on instead. update: I still havent got my money back they are now saying that it takes 5-7 days I think they are just not wanting to give me my money back because they said it should have been back on the card and to call the bank my bank days they haven't...
Read moreCustomer service is horrible. They delivered the wrong order. Claimed that their screen showed that the order was correct. Tried to refuse to replace the order. Only 3 bites missing from the incorrect pie because it had anchovies on it...which could make me violently ill. When a customer calls and says they got the wrong order simply ask the customer if they still have the item that was incorrect. To have anchovies on my pizza is not acceptable because as i said i could become violently ill. The point here is DONT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER! Just fix the error. The special we ordered has 2 pizzas. The 1 was a specialty. We ordered the works. Aka supreme. The 2nd pizza only comes with 2 toppings. We ordered pepperoni and black olive. So why did both pizzas have more than 2 toppings if their screen showed the correct order? Jus stop arguing with customers. If the customer says it was wrong...it was wrong. Fix it. As a food service professional myself i know for a fact that anybody in the industry that has the nerve and attitude to argue with the customer will also spit in your food or do other disgusting and unsanitary things...
