World Cup Coffee and Crepes — Restaurant in Topeka

This place would be fine if it was just called something like "World Cafe" 'cause the coffee didn't taste all that good to me. Whenever I go out and I'm Jonesin' for coffee I always get a caramel macchiato and every other place I've gone to always has a sweet taste except this place. First two times I ordered the macchiato from here both times the drinks tasted very bitter and I hardly tasted any caramel. Today I got a cappachino because I was told it was the sweet kind. I tried it. It tasted like black coffee with just a little bit of creamer topped with foam. Where is the sweet?? Maybe the locals like their caffeine bitter. Maybe I've been spoiled since in Washington coffee shops are around every corner. Everything overall was fine. Just not the coffee imo. I'll come back here again and see if the smoothies...

Crepes omg didnt know topeka had crepes I was super excited to try and wasnt disappointed my daughter got the strawberry cream cheese she picky but devoured all hers by her self and I got the chorizo one it was good..atmosphere of place is a little mismatched like decor didnt seamlessly fit but food and service made up for what room was lacking they were super nice and accommodating and felt like they enjoyed being there working instead of like some places were you can tell the staff dont even want to be there at all. so the service made me want to come back and food was worth the trip it's nice seeing a place doing different stuff with there menu and...

The staff at world cup coffee and crepes made such a nice impression on us. They are helpful, caring and aim to please. The gentleman taking our order patiently waited while we reviewed the menu and asked questions. He happily accepted our reusable coffee cup, which I always appreciate. The southwest world cup crepe was yummy and filling and they asked how we liked it when we were leaving. There was limited seating as several tables had been reserved, but we found a place for two. We had to wait a bit as they were busy and short staffed but their kindness and attentiveness made it certain that we'll be back. It's a good value...
