Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Topeka

This Pizza Hut is awful. I made an online order. Then I got a call saying that the location didn't deliver to my area, but we could come pick it up when they transfer it to a closer store. Okay I guess but the store that called me is the same store I picked it up from. Sketchy. Then I go to pick it up and they tell me even though I typed my card in online, it didn't go through since they had to transfer it. So I had to go back home and get my wallet. And the cashier said they weren't taking cards so I had to stop at an ATM and get cash. Then when I went in, the cashier was super rude and he stared at a woman's backside for a long time right in front of me. Gross. Then I get home and my pizza was incorrect. What a load of crap. Called the corporate line and they said the manager would contact me. He did and then said he would call me back by the end of the week. It's been about 3 weeks, haven't heard a thing. Will never be back. Horrible customer...

I've had better. The hand tossed crust was very thin, there was too much sauce and toppings slid all around, and some of the pieces weren't cut all the way. Thos pizza was not like the ones I have had in the previous areas (Manhattan KS, Wamego KS, Overland Park KS). I was expecting the yummy, fluffy crust, gooy cheese, fantastic pizza I have received in the past, but this pie left a lot to be desired. I also could hardly understand the person who took my order over the phone. She was very short with me and talked really fast and sounded like she was slurring her words or had something in her mouth. I know they were busy because I was on hold for like 5 min, but 'cmon, show your customers a little courtesy. Not a great way to get sales over the phone. I will say that the delivery driver was very polite and nice. But overall, sorry Pizza Hut... you have a lot of work to do before I order from...

😀😀😀This Pizza Hut on Gage it is the best one in Topeka if you go inside and order a pizza it's a lot faster then ordering it over the phone if you do it by phone it'll take close to an hour before you get it and that really depends on how busy they are. You could go inside order two larges and get them in under 5 minutes. Plus you get exactly what you pay for they make sure that the entire box is filled up! this place does not short-change you in terms of the size of the pizza. And their prices are really good too 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
