These dudes make a killing! Menu is small. Ground beef is the only protein they offer. Talk about controlling costs! When this is the only establishment in Topeka worthy of selling a taco and the locals flock in droves, there is no need to improve quality, expand the menu, or refresh the joint. Just keep pumping out tacos and keep depositing cash into the bank.

The ground beef they serve is quite honestly the best ground beef I’ve had in a taco. Seriously delish! Not a hint of grease, and my taco was delightful. I’m pretty sure they pound out their own tortillas too. But in the end, every item on the menu is made of the same four ingredients, just “packaged” differently. The quality seems on point, regardless. I’ll be back to check on the consistency. The folks working were warm and pleasant.

Good spot for a quick and delish, traditional hard-shelled ground beef taco if you’re short on time or just don’t feel like whipping them...

It’s been an year since I’ve reviewed this place, but Tortilla Jacks is a one of a kind restaurant locally here in Topeka, KS. With affordable prices on their food, it won’t cost you an arm and a leg just too get food. They also offer adequate delivery service via DoorDash making Tortilla Jacks accessible even to people at home which I think it’s a good way to make more business around locals here in Topeka, KS. With excellent and friendly customer service, Tortilla Jacks makes customers feel welcome. Their food is great, personally, the “Jack’s Sancho Dinner,” is my favorite out of the whole menu, it comes with beans, a Sancho layered with nacho cheese on top and complementary nacho chips to go with it. Overall, my experience here at Tortilla Jacks has been favorable and other locals should give this place a try. Thank you Tortilla Jacks for being a local restaurant here in the capital...

We are loyal taco customers to this establishment on any given day. On this particular Sunday, when we got home with our order of two Gran burritos, my partner took a bite into a tomato, which he is allergic to. When I came back to tell the manager what happened and to get a new burrito that was prepared Correctly, she was Very Rude and raising her voice saying to bring the burrito back with the receipt. I gave her just that and she snatched it out of my hand, threw burrito in the trash and didn’t care about the receipt. We waited outside and she never brought the new burrito to us nor did she apologize at all. We went back in to get our order and it was sitting on the counter getting cold and she was nowhere to be seen. My partner had an allergic reaction to their food and the staff punished US for their almost Fatal mess up. Giving 1 star, for the fountain drink. Thumbs...
