Carnitas Supreme — Restaurant in Toppenish

A friend I work with took me here my first time, and I'm hooked. Today I went alone, and got fresh tortillas from blue sky market, and barely made the cut before they sold out of carnitas. Its busy, and when you dig in you'll see why. I topped mine with a spicy pico salsa, and it was the best carnitas I've ever had. Whoever is responsible for that perfectly cooked pork is truly a Genius. You taste the quality of the meat, and the perfection in their process; not a ton of salt or seasonings, just pure perfect porky goodness!
