Old Town Cafe — Restaurant in Toppenish

Drinks are so good here, however it’s been a couple times I’ve gone here and a worker name Kassandra has taken a long time talking to what I assume is her bf in the drive thru. He brought her lunch and she proceed to talk to him at the window for 10 minutes. I’ve worked through a drive thru before and have had family or friends bring me something n talk to them. I get it however there was 3 cars behind me and she didn’t care that we stayed waiting while she talked and held hands with her bf or whoever he is to her. On the other side there were cars who got there after us and were leaving before us. I get it when they have other drinks to make and it’s taking a while however, it’s frustrating when I’m waiting for the worker to be done...

They don’t only sell expensive cups full of ice! The girl there always gets my drink wrong even after she repeats what I just ordered 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ also a couple of the girls that work there is always posting videos of people who go there. We can’t see them but they sure are watching and recording us. For what who knows I will get my resources and plan too sue this unprofessional place! Don’t go here! You never know when they might snap...

I came in this morning to get my Joe, and was not only served a delicious cup, but was done so with warmth and positivity. You can tell the barista is passionate about a job well done. Her attention to detail was flawless, and I genuinely got the impression that she cared about providing a quality product. This will definitely be my go to spot in Toppenish...
