Absolutely no customers, drove up to the drive through, and waited for a few minutes without response. Said "hello?" and nothing. So I pulled into a spot and went in. I stood at the counter for another few minutes, saying "hello?" again twice with no response. Left after waiting for 5+ minutes with no help.
Other times I have gone here, the staff always treats me like I'm causing a huge inconvenience for them (even though I always either order just a regular ol coffee w cream and sugar or a chai latte) and are always incredibly rude. I get that working in the food industry is stressful, I work at a pub, and people can be really nasty, but it's no excuse to treat me like I'm causing problems when I ordered a drink off of the menu - especially when I'm always as nice as possible to others who work with the public. The few times I've ordered food they always throw it angrily in the bag, and my sandwiches have always come haphazardly made and thrown in the bag where I always open them to discover I have to reassemble it myself - and this has happened multiple times. When I've ordered donuts I straight up watched the woman throw them all in the same bag even though I asked for separate bags because they were for different people.
They do not treat their customers right and it's a miracle it's even open. I'm not one to leave reviews, and certainly try to give workers the benefit of the doubt, but I've had way too many unpleasant experiences at this one. I now either spend the extra money at starbucks or drive all the way to cooks corner to go to the dunkin there, where they are...
Read moreMost DD lack atmosphere these days, first off. The employees are obviously run ragged and watching them run around like ants, makes me feel bad, even if they are making 15 an hour here, or more. The amount of business that goes through Dunkin is crazy, most of the stores have employees bumping into each other like a bunch of line cooks at an old Dennys. Most of em look very underwhelmed by the customer people and I dont blame them. Some are single moms, single dads, felons, or older folks supplementing SSI and thats sad too. They all work at a dead end job and are usually employees by someone driving a fairly new Escalade or Mercedes and many of their employees walk or get rides to work. Eventually, the ones with cars will work elsewhere soon or they will also be either walking or getting a ride. No DD is a pleasant place to go to. I feel as though they would want to be anywhere else. Life's hard for ones...
Read moreWhoever was working drive thru at 9:30am 11/11, incredibly rude. This has been my go-to Dunkin for years, it’s always consistent. I ordered my drink as usual, and for the first time I was asked if my latte was sweetened or unsweetened. I don’t know what she was talking about exactly because there had never been any confusion before- so i responded with “However it’s usually made, I believe it’s the vanilla shot” she SNAPPED “sweetened or unsweetened” to which I answered sweetened because at this point I felt uncomfortable with this interaction. She again, with more attitude, said THANK YOU in the most condescending tone. Like I’m sorry I don’t understand what you are asking, I’ve never been asked it before-trying my best here. It left the worst taste in my mouth. I get having off days but my GOD this was so bizarre, uncalled for, and just gross. Will avoid this location...
