Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Torrance

Carl's Jr. - it's drive-thru fast food. Yes, we have had problems in the past. We had ordered using the app, and arrived at the location, only to find they'd closes early, and we were unable to get the food that we'd ordered and paid for. So now, when we go there an hour or two before closing, we drive there before placing our online order, just to make sure they're actually open. Is it worth the trouble? For me and Mr. S., it most certainly is! They have great deals on the app, plus we accumulate points. Those add up to a free burger here and there. Foods we love at Carl's Jr. include: chicken stars, fried zucchini, California Classic burger, and Western Bacon chzburger. Their shakes are pretty good, too! We love it the most when the food...

12/29/18 5:17pm order 242214 .Unsatisfied service.the cashier had a hella attitude with me nd my boss at the drive thru for nothing, over a mistake she made!. she had an attitude because she snatched the receipt and how her facial expressions were while me and my boss was just trying to clarify how the total jumped up another 5$. I told her before gettingto the window there was a mistake on the order of extra fries she cut me off and stated she knew that she was going to delete it, got to the window nd turns out she didn't delete it. she needs to work on her customer service , being quickly triggered over something so little is so...

Overall, I enjoy Carl's Jr...one of my preferred fast food burger joints.

This one is disappointing. Ordered a combo meal. Food was ready fast and the store was clean. Went to go get my lemonade, and the machine wasn't even on. Staff turned it on for me. Tried getting lemonade...and I'm sure there was a little lemonade(artificial flavoring) in there, but the ratio of water was waaaay too high. I guess get two or three cups and then let them dehydrate down to one and you're about there. Fries very underdone. Crispy, golden fries? Nope, pale, squishy ones...
