STAFF IS RUDE AND CAN NOT COMPREHEND SIMPLE MODIFICATIONS TO FOOD ORDERS.
I went through the drive-thru and i ordered a burger. I asked the man on the speaker if i could not have pepper jack chesse because I dislike pepperjack chesse then I asked him which other chesse options do i have . he replied "cheddar, american, swiss and etc. I said i would like cheddar. Get to the window , pay for my order. Drive a block away just to have pepperjack chesse still on the Burger.
I immediately go back and tell them on the speaker. They tell me to just pull up to the window. I hand him back the burger and he walks off into the kitchen then another employee (a woman) comes to the window to tell me they dont have cheddar chesse which is why they just put pepper jack. I said okaye well may i have swiss then. She said ok and walks back into the kitchen. THEN another employee( a different woman) comes to the window with 3 pieces of chesse telling me the difference and telling me just get pepperjack ( I work at a High Chain Burger Restuarant so i think i would know the difference in all types of chesse).
Problem #1 dont offer something that you dont have and i believe the person who took my order originally told those employees that i was the problem and either ordered wrong or that it was my fault the burger was wrong. HE MESSED UP - own up to it.
Problem #2. It should not take 3 different employees to come talk to me about chesse . i asked the proper question from the start. I asked for all chesse options other than pepperjack and just for them to just put it anyway instead of just coming to tell me that they really dont have cheddar and to pick something else.
Problem # 3: after it "got fixed" i can tell the burger they handed back to me was the original burger i had with the pepperjack scrapped off and the burger was cold.

Read moreWalked in, no one was in line and the two tables already had their food. I placed my order and waited. A family walked in and placed their order... I sat and continued to wait. It's been over 10 minutes, in an empty establishment, and I finally get my sandwich and kids meal... but guess who got their food immediately? You guessed it.. the family. The only thing that I could possibly fathom as so why I was treated this way is due to the color of my skin, I'm latino but she didn't speak to me in Spanish like they did with the family. Disappointed and will not return. Happy...
Read moreIt's great and friendly place but needs to work on the food being correct.i did had a incident with the wrong order food and missing items.we were disappointed but understood the reason why they messed up. My husband said there was a special person who was serving our food and so that I understand that's why I give it a 5stars ....because at least he was honest and tried his bestest to help out either way.i appreciate it and thanks for being kind to customers there are many restaurants with many unprofessional staff and this one...
