Try number 27 & orange juice!! My favorite place to eat something in the morning. Because I the quit service & the company that has there employees who work here. There ready as soon as you drive in to order. There has never been any problems with my order breakfast, Has always been fresh off the grill. Problem with this is now when I go ,I'll problem be waited until all the people who are trying to find a place to go and have a wonderful experience as I've reported on this site. Oh,well just wanted say Hello and thank you so much for your service to This person who has a habit of placing people before his own life. Guess its just a place , and I visit more And there was no difference to the store today with a wonderful day of life. I was so disappointed in this location, I will never return. I pulled in the drive thru behind one car. I noticed about 3 cars ahead of the car I pulled behind. After placing my order for a large Sprite and a large iced mocha, I waited in line for 15 minutes. Which, as far as "fast food" is concerned, is entirely too long. When I finally pulled up to the window, the cashier didn't apologize for the wait or show any sort of concern for a customer waiting beyond a normal period of time. He immediately told me my total and that was it. I asked for the manager and he rolled his eyes and called for her. I then had to wait for her for 2-3 minutes after already waiting for 15. She looked at me and told me my total. She didn't even ask what she could help me with. As a matter of fact she didn't even introduce herself. I had to ask her if she was the manager. Long story short, I had to help her understand the issue before she offered to help reconcile it. It was as if she didn't notice her line was backed up to where people were waiting for over 10 minutes. Just all in all a bad experience and I won't return and I'll spread the word.

Follow up as of 9/25/19 I was asked to fill out a contact form online several weeks ago. No one ever reached out to me and my problem was not resolved. It just blows my mind that this is how such a large chain values...

Jack in the Box is an American Icon for a reason. Truly the best, most indulgent of the drive-thru genre. From being the first and only national franchise wide 24 hour fast food restaurant in the industry to their ever expanding menu including breakfast favorites served anytime along with everything else on their menu... And, unlike the "competition", (if you can even call it that) that close their doors at what they refer to as the "late night" hour of 1 A.M. you can come to JITB at any hour and still have your order served hot and your fries crispy!
