Did a great job with my order. However, Forgot to give me back my card and I went back 20 minutes later to have them tell me they cant because it's a "store policy and I could lose my job if I open the safe to give you back your card", 1. I needed to check into a hotel for tonight and 2.Why would you put my card in the safe?? 3. Do you think I care about your job over my safety of where to sleep? No. I asked her if she could call those above her to get permission to open the safe and with a lot of attitude she said no you can, I contacted customer service and they told her to hand it over to me through the drive thru, same man that forgot to hand it over simply asked for the ID to match names which I had no problem with, until he decided to be very petty and say "hmmm okay.... jennifer.... okay perfect, here you go so sorry about that" I told him no problem thank you and he gave the fakest smile ever. I hate to be the Karen in this situation but the Night shift for this starbucks is a bunch of young immature children with no sense of customer service. Read moreThis visit way way below what I wld usually give this particular Starbucks! I am in a wheelchair and usually the staff is very friendly and quite helpful. However, the staff barely said anything, except for one of the Asian, female employees told me to...LEAVE, after she'd handed me my items and noticed I was sticking around. I explained to the girl that the day b4 I had gotten very badly sunburned on my legs while I was waiting for the bus outside and that I checked how long til the next bus was coming and wld go 5 minutes b4 it was supposed to arrive (it was supposed to be there in 15 minutes). Before I cld even get most of that out, she just sighed, rolled her eyes and says, "There's a table outside, under an umbrella, I think!" Which mind you wld have taken me longer outside in the hot sun to het to even! I get inside and some woman says "the lobby is closed". I asked how are people inside if it closed? Why is the lobby closed during early morning rush? She said "they were in before I closed it" . Good Customer service was not given by the tall Caucasian woman. I am inside, provide a good service, and have someone that works there make sure no one comes inside, during early morning rush for whatever the reason was for refusing to provide service to me. She did not know if I had a vehicle, if this location was convenient for me, she did NOT care. I am certain she will keep her job, Starbucks needs Customer service classes and she needs to be in front of that class.
