I give this low rating because I asked to trade bacon for cheese and they refused. When I asked why she said "That's not the formula. If you want more cheese you have to pay for it." The wrap I ordered has three main components (turkey, bacon, guacamole), then you choose the type of cheese you want, and then you can choose from a wide range of things (vegetables, olives, etc.). You can choose all of those extra things if you want. I only choose tomatoes and olives. So it makes absolutely no sense to me that there's a formula that says I can't trade bacon for an extra slice of cheese. Part of my problem with this is that I don't know if it was just this employee who took this attitude or it's the policy of that establishment. I'll try another Subway and if I get the same reaction there then I'll know it's a system-wide idiocy.
Reporting back: I tried another Subway and it now looks as though this is a system-wide thing. They want to charge you more without giving you more value....

We ordered 2 foot long sandwiches on the app (don't get me started on how difficult the app is to use). They were very different sandwiches: cold cut combo with the works and a plain turkey with just lettuce and cheese. Picked it up and came home to see they mixed up the meats. So I drove back only to have the employee argue that it was correct. After several minutes of showing her the receipt, she finally realized her mistake. Did not apologize though. When I asked for a free cookie for the inconvenience, she responded, "No. I will remake the sandwiches." Isn't that the given??!! Goes to show how terrible customer service has become...when the employee doesn't even admit her mistake. SMH
By the way, this location never has fresh bread so of course this experience was no different. Finally came home with the correct sandwiches, but without that fresh...
Read moreDisappointed. I Will not give a single star for them.today I ordered 2 sandwiches online and went to pick it up and the manager said it was already picked up by someone. I clearly showed them the order number and details but they kept on saying that my order was picked up by a person with my name. There was another order lying there with another name and the manager was asking me to take that. I refused saying it wasn’t mine and said that I need my order. They have prepared mine but it was just ordinary steak sandwich without my instructions. Very poor service and I would not go there again. Said to that manager, you should have a system to reply order picked up confirmation and when I asked about it from manager, he said they don’t have such system. It’s funny. Oh, and they said this is not the first time this same thing happened and I wonder why they are not coming up...
