Tiki Bowls — Restaurant in Totowa

Update: As you can see the owner replied to me asking for the location. I didn't include it in the original post because I was leaving a review for the Totowa location so I thought it would be obvious. But let's assume they can't see that on their end, so they assumed it was the Nutley and only checked that one. There are only 3 locations so it shouldn't be difficult to check the other 2.

I called the Totowa location June 8th, 2024 at around 8:00 pm asking what time they closed. I was told that they close at 10:00 pm and they serve customers until close time. I arrived at 9:30 pm and of course they are closed. It even says 10:00 pm on their website for all locations. Unbelievable how they can just lie to customers and do whatever they want. The lady on the phone was also rude, terrible customer service. It is a shame because I really enjoyed this place and now it is filled with personnel who are unprofessional that talk about inappropriate personal matters while serving customers. fruit was not fresh and we called the place after we got our uber eats order. The girl Jackie had picked up and we let her know about the mistake. She said she would make our bowls for us again we just come in the store. I went to the store to go pick up my bowls and sat there for 10 mins then Jackie put us on the phone with the manager and saying that we were lying and jackie the employee ate a fruit bowl earlier and it was fresh which she didn’t tell us on the phone. The manager proceeded to believe his employee and did not give us our money or replace our food. This place was a 5 star for me before now it’s 0 was my most ordered place...
