I placed a simple (1 sandwich & 1 drink) order at 8:24am thru their online server named ChowNow. I was told via email that it would be ready by 8:44am. I arrived at 8:42am and gave my name but my order couldn’t be found. The cashier went in & out the back room I guess to talk to the manager to ask what she should do. I was pressed with time so I asked if my order wasn’t being worked on to please cancel it. She asked the cook and he said he hadn’t began working on my order. I told her to please cancel & refund my order. She told me that I needed to call ChowNow to do that so I asked her how was I supposed to do that with no proof of not having received me order? She was confused because she didn’t know what to reply. She went to the back to get the manager. He came and told me to wait 2 minutes for my order. I said I have no time please cancel the order. He said “ChowNow” isn’t our system so I don’t know what to tell you all while punching button on a ChowNow iPad. He wanted to blame ChowNow for the tardiness of my order. Mind you all food order iPad systems ring / buzz / send an alert when an order comes in. He didn’t apologize either he was more annoyed that he had to come show his employee how to cancel order they can’t fulfill on time. They tried to give me the coffee after I cancelled the order but I refused it because I didn’t pay for it and he got upset and rolled his eyes at me. I would never take anything I didn’t pay for. Never visiting this place again. Oh and there is no type of adherence to the 25% indoor dining capacity. They have all tables...
Read morei was just at this location, and i am a little disappointed. the food is amazing, as usual, however i experienced bad service and i want to talk about it. first, i greeted the cashier, she did not greet me back. didn’t even crack a smile. i was upset, but okay. she could have been having a bad day. then, i ordered the classic bagel with SAUSAGE and i thought everything was fine. that was not the case, however, as when my order was being called out, “BACON, egg, and cheese?” i was confused. i didn’t even believe it was my order, but i was the only customer in the shop. i hesitantly took it, and then asked my friend, “didn’t i ask for sausage?” i brought this up with the cashier, and she kind enough to look over my receipt. she even told me to keep the BACON, egg, and cheese while they made me a SAUSAGE, egg and cheese. i didn’t even have to pay for it, which i am thankful for. so, bad experience, but hey, i got a free bagel so it’s...
Read moreThis is the third time THIS YEAR that I called in an order of 5 breakfast sandwiches and the order was wrong when I picked it up. I called the store and explain that 4 out of my 5 sandwiches with incorrect. The pertain who took the order had it correct, but whoever cooked or packed it did it wrong. The guy on the phone told me to come back and he will fix it. I was annoyed because we wanted to eat as a family. I brought back 2 of the wolf sandwiches (my sons were hungry and didn't want to wait) When I got there I had to explain once again and wait for them to correct. They took back the incorrect sandwiches. There was zero compensation for my inconvenience. The only thing I was told was to call next time and they would deliver to me.
