I have followed the Owners of Tantrum Salon from their early years to where they are now. Tantrum Salon will and always be my go to for any hair services I need. From Francine & Keith, to Lisa who manages the front end, all do such an exceptional job from customer service, incredibly talented hair stylists down to their shampooers! It is such a relaxed beautiful atmosphere, you don’t mind a 3 hr appointment because it is not a rushed experience. Even on extremely busy days, your services are not rushed and always turn out to complete perfection. In all my years, I have never walked out disappointed. And they stand by their services! I have extremely hard to color grey hair, and I had to go back for a root touch up days later. They fit me in, and even tho they were extremely busy, My stylist Michele made sure I was satisfied..which I was!!! They also have a small boutique and something always catches my eye as their items are beautifully crafted you can’t help but buy a little something. And the backbone of this wonderful business is Lisa. She is by far a multi multi tasker,! Wow I just read that really bad review and I have to say that my experience of 10 years coming here is nothing like Larissa's. My hair has never been anything but perfect after leaving that salon. Francine not only understands any haircut I explain to her (seriously, she doesn't need a picture) but she also nails my color every time! That is no little thing (again, no picture necessary). She has a gift of understanding what you're telling her in the abstract. She will do whatever is asked of her but if you suggest something that's really not for your hair texture, she will point that out and I appreciate that! Lisa is lovely; bends over backwards to accommodate me and Nick is great. Never saw him be out of line in any way but I will tell you he gives one HELL of a shampoo. I was super nervous to get my hair cut especially short because I have never liked any haircuts I've gotten in the past. I saw a lot of the reviews for Tantrum and decided to give them a try. When I called to book an appointment, the woman on the phone immediately made me less nervous as she was super friendly and asked me questions to help me find which stylist I would like to see. When I got there, everyone in the salon was just as nice and friendly and I felt really comfortable.
