Papa V — Restaurant in Towanda

I was looking for a good pizza 🍕 place while visiting town and after reading many reviews on the few available places I settled on Papa V's and I'm so glad I did. We ordered the meat lovers pizza with a side of hot chicken wings. While I got the impression that most of their customers get their orderes to go we decided to dine in. Their dining room is small and holds a few of their inventory supplies but it was clean and cozy. Our food was brought to us quicker than I thought it would be and the staff was so very friendly to everyone who came in.

The food was amazing. I'm not a huge fan of thin crust pizza but this pizza was fantastic!It was LOADED with a variety of meats and it had the perfect amount of sauce. The bottom was not burnt and was done to perfection.

The wing were not as spicy as I would have like but they were spicy and also perfectly cooked. Couldn't ask for much more.

Some of the best food I have ever eaten has been from the oldest looking buildings, and this place did NOT disappoint.

I travel for a living, and deciding where to go while out of town can be a huge roll of the dice. I took the chance and was very well rewarded by dinner at this place. The folks here are super nice and very personable. I asked about the lasagna, and they were out, but he offered to make a whole rack fresh for me to get a portion of. I didn't want them to waste that much food thus late in the evening. I ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and I mean, they were right on the money. The sauce was crazy good. The sauce was some of the best I have had in my life. Full of flavor and absolutely went perfectly with the noodles or the fresh baked loaf bread they brought out.

Needless to say, this place is Fat man tested AND Fat man approved!!!

I will be working here in town for next couple months amd I will be back to try the lasagna...

Take out literally ordered 2 orders of wings a chicken salad and 2 fries 2 bottles of soda came to 65.$ waited an hr an a half got half the order forgot salad and soda wings where slimy and not cooked all the way. They say this menu is wrong and they do not honor the prices just whip prices at their butts when you get the bill. Such poor poor service definitely would not recommend them new to area and can check them off the list will never order here again. Wish I could give them a negative star. So...
