I had purchased a product from them, which I lost, I had tried to contact them multiple times but could not get through on the phone, or in person. I had submitted a claim to my bank that the product is lost and I wanted a refund, my bank gave me a refund. On the 31st of May of 2023, the refund went back to the business. Then on June 14th they told the authorities I had stolen the necklace and didn’t pay for it. I had called them to discuss what was a misunderstanding and explained if the $40.28 was an issue I could pay them it in cash, even though my bank reversed it back to them anyway. And explained this is just a big misunderstanding, instead of being civil and understanding about the situation I was met with hostility and they hung up the phone. I firmly believe as they said on the phone “we are a small business that stuff matters” they are just trying to get more money from me dishonestly. Owners was very friendly, courteous and took the time to listen to me. I explained that I was over an hour away and had to have two rings cut off my fingers and they needed repairs and resized. He told me when his hours were and he also told me a couple days when they would be shut down early because of personal matters (with the children for school events). I decided to give him a try. And I am So Happy with my rings. They are Flawless!! They are shiny, resized, prongs tightened and they are fixed like they should be the first time.
