It's ok pizza, certainly nothing fantastic. The main issue I have with them is that if you order for delivery using their coupons, you get charged a higher price for the pizzas and then you get charged a $5 fee on top of that, so basically you pay twice for delivery. I can't think of any other pizza place near me that even charges for delivery so I won't recommend this as a delivery service. In addition, when you order online the website often states the pizza's are being made immediately on order, but then the next update that they're coming out of the oven and being checked doesn't come for 25-30 minutes which indicates the order didn't go into the oven until 15-20 minutes after it was placed. Nothing like starting out by lying to the customer instead of giving them a realistic timeline. My wife always orders the chicken alfredo and she's noticed that the portion size on it is about half of what it was two years ago. Overall, it's not a business that's going to remain much longer...

On the app it stated it was being made and then in the oven, expected delivery time 20-30 minutes. An hour later, still no pizza. Tried calling the store at 12:40 am, which the phone system says was open until 1 am, no answer. Tried calling back again, no answer. I open the app, it states my order was cancelled by the store. No call. No e-mail. And at this point, after working a 15 hour day, had zero options for ordering something for dinner. I contacted Domino's customer service, was informed it was locally owned and someone would reach out. It has now been a week and zero contact from anyone. Which shows how little this company cares about its customers. I will find other places to do business with that care about...
Read moreI usually don't post about franchises. However, I was so upset with my order the other day. I called and although I was irate. Irvin (the manager working) maintained his professionalism and personally made sure I was happy. He is someone they absolutely need to keep because even under the pressure of a unhappy customer he kept his professionalism and got my order to me, and even offered an upgrade. In franchises like this where I'm sure their hard work is never recognized. I took the time out of my day to make sure he is at least recognized here. I in fact plan on calling corporate to make sure he is recognized, but you and I all know they probably won't do anything. So I decided I wouldn't just be the person to write negative reviews but to stand up for the hardworking people and make sure they are recognized as much...
