Wild Flour Deli & Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Albion

I work down the street and thought I'd test this place out for an alternative to my go-to turkey club from Tim Horton's. It has deli in the name and the prices seemed a bit high so initially my expectations were pretty high as well. I placed my order online and received an email that said my order would be ready in ~15 minutes. I arrived right on time and waited in line at the cashier. I was told the online orders didn't come through until now and I'd have to wait a few minutes for my sandwich. I sat at a table and waited for about 40 minutes for my sandwich. They asked me several times what my name was and what I ordered (I wasn't the only one). There were several others who experienced a long wait. It was lunch busy but that doesn't justify the chaos that was taking place while I waited. I got the jist that the cashier was new but I hope management doesn't take this review as any bit her fault. OH. MY. GOSH!!!! This was the BEST lunch I've had out in a long time. I went with some coworkers on a Friday during Lent and there were plenty of meatless options for me and delicious options for those who don't observe "meatless fridays" during Lent. I had the Potato Leek soup which is not something I would typically lean towards, but I am so glad I did, it was INCREDIBLE! I also had the Buttercup ciabatta which is Wild Flour's take on a caprese style sandwich. I swear I could eat that sandwich for breakfast, lunch and dinner! And the desserts...OH, there were so many desserts, it was impossible to choose just one. I caved and got some canollis and a giant rice krispie treat. If you haven't tried this place out yet, you're missing out on some of the most delicious cuisine to ever hit your taste buds! I loved it so much I am going back...

My husband and I reserved our valentines dinner here, they were offering a 4 course meal. Words cannot describe how AMAZING the food was!! We both didn’t know what to expect and I was truly blown away! We had (in my own words) spinach stuffed mushrooms, buffalo chicken wing bites, home made tomato soup/ salad, chicken cordon blue, steak asparagus and mashed potatoes.. I was so full I forgot it came with dessert!! I read other reviews before coming in and I know what they mean, everything taste fresh (rolls were amazing) Do not pass this place up!!
