Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

I have been a consistent customer to not only Domino's, but to this location with no issues until tonight. Started to eat one of my pizzas and discovered there was mushrooms on it. I'm allergic to mushrooms so I picked off the few mushrooms on the slice I ate, so I didn't have to drive back. When I attempted to eat another slice, I discovered more mushrooms. I picked through all of the pizza and found lots of mushrooms. Called the store to ask for a refund and wouldn't give me one so they said they would make me a new one and I asked if it could be delivered so I don't have to leave again. Took almost a half hour for someone to get to my house for someone to 'inspect' my pizza, and they refused to take it back because I ate a slice and he couldn't see any mushrooms. Called the store back and the service was incredibly rude and informed me that I was lying about the mushrooms even though I told the delivery guy that I picked them all off and threw them away and by then the pizza was shredded and unedible, so that's why I called the store. This is the 2nd time trying to leave a comment. I am a regular customer to the point they know who I am. Earlier this week I ordered the same items that i always do. 2 pizzas, pasta, and spinach feta bread. I was unable to call the same day so I called the next day to advise the bread had very little filling. The manager knew who I was, and stated I should have called the same day and he would have replaced the bread. I did not want to go back and forth with him so I said ok and hung up. Whoever made my food knew that it was not up to par. You are the manager, if you wanted, you could have made it right by me. I didn't wait days to call you I called less than 24 hours. I do have a job. WOW, what a way to treat an EXCELLENT customer. No more. I will be going else where over a $5.99 purchase. Also, I was going to order 20 pizzas for my grandchildren's class. I have ordered from this Dominos location on multiple occasions and every time the quality of their customer service diminishes. They sent me wings with no sauce, the pizza was flavorless and the salad was dry. When I called them to bring me the sauce for the wings, they gave me the run around for about 4 hours, only to tell me that they would send a delivery man with the sauce. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I sent one of my friends to procure the sauce that I was promised, only for them to tell him that there was no such sauce. Finally, the driver came with my sauce. Upon arrival with my sauce, he insisted that I should come outside of my residence hall in a singlet and shorts to get the sauce. When I went to get the sauce, he drove off with my hand still in the window of the car. This establishment is structureless and I am very disappointed in the way they handle...
