This is the second time I have gone to this Dunkin in a hurry to get coffee before going to work and they have asked me at the drive thru if its okay for me to wait a few minutes for the coffee to brew. I appreciate that they are making fresh coffee but as an ex Dunkin employee I know that there should always be at least one full pot as the others brew. The place was not busy so there is really no excuse. Furthermore morning employees at this location are far superior to the evening staff. Not sure if the evening people don't know how the speakers work or if they are just extremely quiet but it is almost inaudible every time, yet fine in the morning. To add on to all of this its odd that the place closes at 8pm everyday when it is in such close proximity to campus. America may "run on dunkin" but the University at Buffalo and WNY really does not. Not going to be wasting my time here any more and will now only go to the trusted Tim Hortons down the street from now on. Thank you for making me late to work. Also thank you Tim Hortons for the fast rebound and continually...
Read moreI feel a bit emotional right now. I love this one but every time I go inside I feel like I’m not being treated as a priority. I place an order , one coffee , and I have to wait an extra amount of time to receive it. In the meantime someone orders after me at the register and get their order and are long gone. Just today I order 2 cold drinks for my daughter and myself because it was a nice hot day. Two other customers come in after us and order. Somehow they received their 4 items they ordered including cold drinks before us. My daughter and I looked at each other. Then they received their donuts. Still nothing for us. Then we looked at the people who took our order and they looked at us. Finally our order was coming up, mind you one of the drinks we ordered was wrong. I felt like we were racially profiled. I didn’t want to say it but there it is. My daughter and I are black American and the customers after was were Caucasian. I feel like I will not go back there again. Very upsetting situation that I don’t like feeling. This was the last straw. I may...
Read moreThis is by far the worst DD in NYS. Hear me out- this DD is right down my street. I stop there nearly 3 times per week to grab a bite or coffee before work. Before work sometimes means 7am, sometimes it means 12pm, sometimes it's 7pm. Regardless of the hour, the time in which it takes to get my order (a medium black coffee and a breakfast sandwich) is asinine. I can be the only car in line with no others in the parking lot and still wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru. I don't know if they're hatching the eggs, raising the dough, and slaughtering the turkey inside, but I'd be better off running into Tops down the road, buying a Jimmy Dean breakfast box, driving back home and microwaving it in the time it takes this crew to assemble a sandwich. The customer service is friendly enough if you shout very slowly, very loudly into the speaker, but most of the time the order is still wrong when you get to the window. If I had 15 more minutes to spare asking for a new sandwich, I might as well have just...
