Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

I had Papa John's from here first time since 2010, I can honestly say the food has changed last time I went! Service and atmosphere was good, employees were friendly, But the food was nasty! Pizza tasted like cardboard which is resembles to Dominoes Pizza, boneless wings were very rubbery! Breadsticks were decent but the next day they were rock hard! Dipping sauces all tasted weird, back in the day the garlic sauce was more oily, now its whipped butter you would put on a dinner roll, the ranch tastes more on the onion side which is not a good taste for ranch! The marinara sauce was too sweet and tasted like it was poorly made! I won't be ordering from Papa John's anytime soon but I really hope they take the time to read this comment and make some serious changes to their menu! I normally only order from local pizza shops here as they are the best but we were driving by and they had a deal on a “large” pizza with 1 topping so thought we would try. Not what I would call a large but overall taste was pretty good. I appreciated that they had cup n chat pepperoni. Flavor was missing a little seasoning but overall not bad. We ordered delivery tonight and ended up with cold, late food, missing dips, and management that cared about as much as a broken vending machine. When I called about the missing dips (which, by the way, are the only reason I order from here), I was told, "We take care of you next time," and basically dismissed.
