Just Pizza & Wing Co. — Restaurant in Town of Clarence

So my wife and I went in Just Pizza & Wing Co. for the first time yesterday, and I must say I really like the place. First, the gentleman who greeted us (not sure if he was the manager or owner) was really nice in letting us know what was what since we were first-timers. They really have a nice menu...and to that end my wife and I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and one slice of pepperoni. We also ordered the Loaded Fries and the Garlic Cheesey Knot Rolls.

The pizza was really good. Being from Chicago, my pizza standards are pretty high, but let me say I think they could compete against some (not all) of the spots in Chicago.

The loaded fries are loaded...and look...they don't cheat you...they have some SERIOUS bacon action going on!!!! I mean the fries held up well under the cheese and bacon.

Finally the garlic cheesey knot rolls were good, just not that garlicky, if that makes sense. I still murked three of the rolls, though (I mean, I did save one for my wife!!)!

Overall, I am not sure why this place has so many low ratings, but as far as I am concerned, I'll be back next time I am in town. Nice job!

We placed an early order for delivery that evening. Hosting a get together and the order arrived as scheduled. However we realized they had missed one third of our order a double order of wings medium. Driver appologized and returned to shop to pick it up. Returned again 40 minutes later and it was wrong again. they brought a single order of BBQ wings, not what we had ordered or paid for. After complaining again they finally made it right but now 90 minutes later the food was cold. I asked to have the Manager call me an when she did, there was no apology. She offered to not deliver the wings and credit me or deliver them as ordered 90 minutes later. I said that doesn't seem fair and while she continued to ask me what was fair, she wouldn't shut up long enough to hear me. Eventually, I said what is fair is to deliver the double wings and take them off my original bill for $80.00. Her response was they are not in the business to give away free food!!! This was the most unprofessional conversation I have ever had with any...

I was on my way home and noticed Just Pizza. I'm not a stranger to their food so I stopped. When I went in the first time I was greeted by a young man who asked me was I ready to order. Once I ordered my 2 slices of pizza with cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. He told me he was about to make a fresh pizza which would take 20mins. I told him I didn't mind waiting. He could've just gave me the slices that were under the lights but he didn't and I really appreciated that. He also told me he would add the mushrooms after it came out. When I walked back in a man who I think was the owner immediately stopped his conversation with his employee and said, "Hello, we'll be right with you then went back to whatever he telling his employee.
