Atmosphere is non-existent because people just don't come.in here anymore due to eh poor customer service by the manager. She has no business running this location and nickel and dimes everything, arguing not to fix an issue even after the order was placed incorrectly by her. They even charged my daughter 27 cents for a cup of water. Its frustrating since I came here with my oldest 10 years ago almost daily, wed sit and do her homework in the morning, had great service from the staff who was always cheerful, and the prices were much more fair for better quality. Other.locations in the area obviously are affected by the increase in pricing but this one just has a staff led by a manager who has zero customer service experience and no personality. It's a shame.

Read moreGreat service but they need to slow down and make better food. I've given them several times before writing this to serve me something as I ordered it. Bacon on sandwiches is ALWAYS way overcooked (burned) and never is it made how I ordered it and bagels are NEVER fresh!!! Coffee is only so so never hot and never made as ordered or tastes like it's been sitting too long. Worth the trip to the one farther down the Rd even though I need to backtrack. Read moreI was at the speaker in the drive through with my truck shut off and the young lady had a difficult time understanding my order. Co-workers were clearly not helping her either. Extremely loud commotion going on inside the restaurant based on what I could hear through the speaker.
Every time I asked for something, she would respond with a completely different mini item. It was ridiculous.
I was so frustrated with her not being able to get my order straight that I just left.
