Subway — Restaurant in Town of Arcadia

Went in to order some subs and the young Asian girl (I only reference this because I did not find out her name) taking orders from the customer before me was very rude. She wasn’t friendly at all or customer service oriented. The woman before me was trying to make choices on what kind of bread she wanted and the girl was just very impatiently humming and haawwwing and rolling her eyes and looked like she was muttering under her breath that she was being asked if the selection of bread was all or if there might be others available. The lady customer got understandably upset about how she was treated and being talked to and asked what her name was and this little girl started to berate the customer. I even went up to the girl and said this customer asked you what your name is and that’s when this little girl huffed off behind the partition. We came to Subway last week and got subs. We were planning on getting hot subs but they're toaster was not working. I stopped in again a little bit more than a week later. Their toaster is still broken. I asked the employee if they baked their bread here daily. I used to work at a similar type of store. She said that they did bake their bread daily in the oven. I asked her why they weren't using the oven to toast things for the time being. The employee seemed baffled and said they didn't use the oven because it took longer. In my mind it seems a bit asinine. Yes it might be inconvenient walking back to the oven. The location that I usually go to is on West Union Street in Newark it's not a very busy area. This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The woman behind the counter was so rude that it was shocking. We left rather than order because to ask her a question about the bread or meats etc. threw her into a raging sarcastic human. She could not be bothered with kind or even neutral responses. We will never go to this establishment again so long she is working there. There must be others who have had the same experience. We were just two regular people going in to have average subs made. No demands or bad vibes. It was all shocking and hurtful!
