8:30 at night.. one car in front of me. Waited 20 minutes to even get to the window and then another 5 for my food, with a screaming baby in the car because I hadn’t eaten all day and I thought this would be a fast option. I ordered 2 items. Both buns were not toasted and the meat tasted old. Tell me why I waited almost a half hour for cold, hard burgers on sandwich bread? This is supposed to be FAST food. My daughter and my fiancee stopped here today on my daughter's work break and ordered food. All that was ordered was a double whopper with cheese No ketchup and lg fry. They waited in drive thru close to 15 mins and only 2 cars in front of them. Your parking lot is embarrassing and the giant pothole before you pull in is going to take out someone's car. Associates are friendly and food is good, but the desire to pull over that crater and potentially rip my exhaust off makes it inconvenient to pull out of here.
