High vibes smoke shop — Local services in Town of Arcadia

Should've read the reviews before I sent someone here all the way from sodus to pick up a 14mm male 45 degree dab bucket. He said he had it for 10$. My friend got there, guy says he's all out. I go to call the shop, coward won't answer of course so I have my friend still in the store put their phone in speaker thinking the dude doesn't realize it's the reserved item my friend is in fact asking for, perhaps it's a different rep. Well the guy says it was a different rep covering while he was out but then I realize it was literally ten minutes prior I had called the guy (friend was already headed into Newark for a bud store) and this was def his voice! Apparently he's too burnt out to know which merch is which, he sold the merch and didn't hold it as requested, or some such -and just couldn't admit that like a normal adult!! My friend was kind of bothered they had to make an extra stop for no reason, I didn't get what I needed. Just crapsville all around. I don't advise wasting you time...

Have been going to this over priced smoke shop here just because it's right in town but I will no longer go there as the customer service is unbelievably horrible. I bought a pen from them & it was clearly a bad batch because the color of the oil was very dark and almost like red so I brought it back & they replaced it then today I had the same situation and they did NOT replace it this time so I am out $55 for a 2g pen that is full.
