Grandpa J's Bagel and Deli — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

My husband and I started coming to this deli 6 years ago when we 1st moved to West Babylon and their service was quick and accurate. Throughout the years the same young gentleman that use to be kind and polite has turned rude towards my husband without explanation or reason. My husband was confused about an order that he had previously placed with another young lady at the deli and when he stated his confusion to the young gentleman he told my husband that he was incorrect and proceeded to bring out the young lady in front of the crowd of waiting customers to ask her if she in fact gave the order as my husband stated. The young lady seemed embarrassed and denied giving my husband the order as he claimed. Clearly it was a misunderstanding but there was no need to address his co worker in front of customers and all just to prove to my husband that he was wrong. My husband still returned and the young man continued to scold my husband every time he would place an order by screaming at him when he would ask for sausage links by yelling that they only serves sausage patties. Then he told my husband to stop asking for an omelet with spinach and feta cheese (when that what he wanted) and instead say mixed eggs with spinach and feta cheese. Then my husband would say “mixed eggs” and not receive what he wanted after explaining to the young man that he wanted an omelet but the young man kept telling my husband to not call it that. Very confusing. Untimely his bad attitude and customer service made us no longer return. We have no complaints about the rest of the staff there because they were always kind an professional. My first time getting food here, i usually just get coffee because I’m picky about how i like my egg wraps. But i decided to come in today since i go to the gym on the same shopping center. I ordered the egg wrap, added avocado, with over medium eggs and chipotle sauce. Let me tell you i took my first bite and i am not kidding this is one the best egg wraps i have ever had.
