Our Lady of Grace Roman Catholic Church — Attraction in Town of Babylon

The church recently entered into a 5 year contract that commenced in Nov 2023 through Oct 2028 with Suffolk County Social Services. The space is on church property and provides shelter for homeless and recovering addicts. This is just feet away from a daycare and a school. Numerous calls have been made to Suffolk County police regarding the home for Domestic Violence, overdoses and other crimes. This is a ticking time bomb in such close proximity to young children where certain types of characters are wandering around the property at all times of day. Shame on Our Lady Grace Church for not bringing this to light earlier and allowing parents and neighbors to prepare and make decisions accordingly.
