We have ordered from Kabuki for many years, and always tip well on delivery orders. On our last order, the website was giving trouble and the tip didn't process with the order.

We weren't aware of this, so didn't have a cash tip ready for the driver. After handing over the food, he proceeded to yell "No Tip" at her, waving the receipt in her face and wouldn't leave until she gave a tip. The order was also incorrect / included no soy sauce or wasabi, which has never happened before - we had never had an issue before this.

Kabuki is a great little sit down restaurant with a serene environment surrounding incredible food. After being sat right away on a Friday night, I noticed less people dine in and a lot of people take out… however, I quickly realized that the service wasn’t the reason for that because it is exceptional. Our server was phenomenal. She was kind, patient, and helpful. She knew exactly what to recommend us when we were overwhelmed with all of the amazing sushi rolls they have to offer.
