You can improve on customer service. The cashier that was there did greet me as I came in. My issue was with when i was giving him the money to pay for my stuff. I handed the money to him so he too should have handed me my money in the same manner. Instead, when he was giving my change to me, he made sure not to touch my hand and dropped the change as I placed my hand under his. At this point, I suspected something strange. I bought lottery tickets also. I had my hand out to take the tickets. He saw my hand but he put them on the counter anyway and pushed it towards me. When he was giving me my bills, he did the same thing. This prompted me to ask him is this behavior cultural as to why he would not hand me my bills and my lottery tickets (if it was, I could understand). He said 'no, that's just how he does things'. I felt offended because its disrespectful. His actions made me feel like he was being discriminatory towards me and I felt like I didn't belong there. I've been a cashier before for 4 years and I always made my customers feel welcome, even down to something as minute as...

All I order is an egg and cheese. NO MEAT. (Allergy)Every single time it’s wrong. Doesn’t matter if I call ahead, or order in person. I wouldn’t normally care if it happened once or twice but I’m not even joking every single time I’ve come here. This deli is on my way to work so I would keep coming every morning but it’s a waste of time if they literally know me when I come in and still have to remake my sandwich and make me late for work/I find out halfway through my drive they gave me a completely different thing than what I ordered and i don’t have time so i go without breakfast. Also every time i get charged something different. I’ve been told by a cashier 7.50$ for an EGG AND CHEESE is the price - the same price as a bacon egg and cheese? Other times I’m charged $5. Not worth it to come here too much...

Three times I've come into this place and the attitude behind the counter is just awful. Each time my order had an error and these orders were extremely simple. Once I ordered tuna salad on a wrap and got TURKEY. How hard is it to remember from the register to the food prep station what an order is? You have a notepad. Today my brother asked for a club wrap with no honey mustard, just mayo. And it had honey mustard and no mayo. My husband once asked for grilled chicken, bacon, cheese and lettuce on a wrap. So simple. He opens it at home and its chicken cutlet, no bacon, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato and mayo. HUH? ... Luckily my husband isn't picky. But, really. Get it together. It's sandwiches,...
