Normally, I would have given Popeyes 5 stars for everything! They still and pretty much hand down for their chicken and other menus; but for customer service is not even two star. One ,placed an order for chicken and biscuits which the cost came to be $23.83. You pay 20.00 with a 20.00 and 1.00 dollar bill, then presented ones' CC to then find out Popeyes does not take Amex. Okay, one pulls out the change purse to make the difference with CHANGE. Yes, let's be real one is using the laundry money. Anyway, one found the $2.83 with the laundry money!! The exact change. And yes, this nation is crazy short for change all of a sudden!!! The cashier at the window counted the change and then drop .25 cents to the ground;B/w the window and driver's window, which rolled under the car. While laughing about the situation, she announced that she dropped it. As the patron, social etiquette states the cashier is could have mentioned I will get it later. Right instead, she thought we needed to owe her more money when u see it was all the laundry money. Which she mentioned that again about paying more, then patron told her, "noooo it's your problem". She then mentioned or asked again if we were going to get the quarter. We open our car door, but the quarter was underneath the CAR. Maybe we should have left up the car and get all the fallen change. Come on for .25 cents!!!Cashier was going to hold the meal...I would understand if the majority of the meal was not paid, but .25 cents. Banks, have plus or minus to balance their till and they are encouraged for the lowest amount and other fast foods have a change bucket at window to offset their lost change. So she gave up because she was looking not so good....maybe room for growth with counting money on the countertop; and really some decent customer service with empathy. Would I come again to this Popeyes, yes, but I will walk inside rather then drive thru.
Last time there. 6/04/2022, it's all good. Food really good. And their coustomer service is really good. Thank Popeyes for listening to your...
Read moreOrdered a Chicken Tender combo & asked for Cajun Rice as a side. Got home & found that they gave me the wrong side. Drove all the way back, after waiting a bit the manager in the back waved toward one of the workers to assist me. When I informed him of the issue he pulled the wrong side out of the bag & replaced it with the correct one. But when I said that I had drove all the way home & the rest of my food was probably cold, all he did was look at me.
Update 1/6/2021: took the survey via link on a prior receipt, which grants the client a 2 pc. meal with biscuit on their next visit. Gave the order at the counter & received my food. Since they've screwed up my order in the past, I checked my order & sure enough, they did not give me a biscuit. Went back to the counter, and was told that a biscuit did not come with the order (contrary to the special that I should have received). Had to repeat myself to 3 different cashiers/food workers, who initially would not even look at the offer slip. When one did, one finally said "the offer says this, but this was not rang up on your receipt". I finally replied that I did not care what was rang up, I wanted my full order & asked for the manager. The manager came over & gave a hasty apology, and one of the workers finally added a biscuit to my bag. I should not have had to spend 3-4 minutes of my time explaining why I should receive the offer that was promised me. That was way too much drama over 1 biscuit. Would advise everyone: if you do feel compelled to order from here, make sure that you check your order because the some of the employees there act as though they couldn't care less if they...
Read moreThe woman that work there always have an attitude and treat you very nasty. I was there last Sunday and asked for help and the young lady didn’t smile, wasn’t friendly, had an attitude. I even asked her how was her day and she never responded back to me. Especially now that we are trying to get thru a pandemic, Customer Service should be key. I’m not Salvadoran but I love the culture and the food. I actually travel to El Salvador yearly. One thing I noticed is that every time I go in there, the girls mistreat me and overcharge me on my food. Then charge me $1.00 service fee which I could never understand. If someone came into my place of business, I would do whatever it takes to make sure my customers are happy. Plus I have Salvadorean and Honduran people in my family. I would love to bring them to buy food from this restaurant. Also after the Pandemic, there’s almost no food on display, the food doesn’t look fresh and looks as if it’s been sitting along time. I’ve walked in many times and the food looked...
