GreeKrave — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I Ordered on Ubereats yesterday from GreeKrave (Greektreats), and received a voicemail regarding my order. When I call back, I spoke to the woman who left the voicemail. Before I could even say two words to her, she sounded exasperated and annoyed. She then proceeded to tell me that in Ubereats I selected too many options for my main dish and my sides. I explained that on the app, there didn’t appear to be any limits. I’m not saying that I tried to order the whole store for $20.00, but I thought the inclusion of the extra side was reasonable. However, this worker clearly disagreed and maintained a nasty attitude throughout our conversation. She persistently spoke down to me, which I did not appreciate. The food itself was okay, but based solely on this interaction, I do not want to order from GreeKrave (Greektreats) again. No one deserves to be treated with such utter rudeness. Maybe instead of speaking harshly to customers, this restaurant should take the time to set up its UberEats store correctly to avoid such confusion...

This is one of my local favorites!! Their Greek salads are super packed and always , always delicious. I've had the Fried Zucchini sticks and they are amazing. The service is quick . I never wait more than a few minutes no matter how busy they are. They have enough people behind the counter to deal with the phone orders and the pick up orders. I usually do not order ahead. It has never been an issue. I have two minor complaints. Their app has surcharges. One for just placing the order on the app and another for using a card to pay. 4% is a bit more than others will charge. I have deleted the app from my phone. I always try to have cash whenever I know I'm going there. The other is the upcharge for additional condiments. I always get extra dressing and it comes in a small small cup. I am charged $1.75 for it. I know it sounds petty . I did say they were minor complaints. I still order the extra!! The food is fresh. The service is friendly and...

Great Food ! Fast and Very Tasty! However it does not come without an extra cost! I ordered a small greek salad with pork on top. I was looking forward to my meal, when I asked for tzatziki sauce the young lady told me that will be an extra charge for that. I asked how much she said a dollar. I paid but complained and I was told that was boss wants us to do. Well that was the first time that ever I was ever charged for this! I had the meal several times and I was never charged extra for the sauce. Next at 9:01 I was asked to leave the restaurant it is closing. I said I am almost finished I needed a couple more minutes I left shortly after that. I will not return any time soon! I need to find another place to get my greek fix. The Krave is gone for me!
