Guy behind the counter is extremely rude. Wish I could give 0 stars

Lol that is one imagined side to the story my guy. My girl was waiting at the counter for maybe 3 minutes because he just opened up. Someone walked in behind us and asked if we were being helped. The guy behind the counter said “Don’t worry, they are just standing around.” She said “Well I am standing here waiting, I do have questions about these but you can help him first.” That’s when he started getting really annoyed and gave her an attitude. Which he never even walked over at that point and even offered any kind of assistance. I stepped in and tried to help her decide, I said “You can help the other guy while we are deciding.” He then replied “Oh ok, thank you, now I can help him the other customer?” Then I turned to her and said “F this place, I’m not spending my money here.” Poor guy was so abused lol give me a break I never even acknowledged his attitude, grow up and learn to speak to people with respect. The guy down the block from you was super nice, I mean he does have way better reviews, makes sense now. I barely leave negative reviews, the guy behind the counter was so arrogant and condescending to her I just thought it should be...

Yesterday, I went as I was the only person there. Purchased my normal, And wanted lottery tickets. Another women walks in, Goes to the far end of the counter. As I swipe my card to pay. I said to the guy, “I would also like to purchase lotto tix” The machine is right next to us!! He says to me “ One minute !” Walks away from me to the other end of the counter and proceeds to greet this other woman , And took her order ! He had to go into a little room in the back, While I’m waiting! I decided to leave. My husband and I spend a lot of money in this store! They will never get another cent from us! My question is ; “Why didn’t he complete my order before walking away to help another customer?” He was standing right next to the lotto machine. Such disrespect!! I’m never going back!! Date and time was 8/24/23 @ approximately 2pm!! * Side note , I go here at least 3-4 times a week. Spend no less that 50-60 dollars a visit for hubby’s cigars and my vapes !!! We are done...

Hashir and Affaq were the most professional and knowledgeable gentleman that I’ve dealt with in a very long time. They have a great selection of everything and they’re very knowledgeable about their products very helpful very accommodating. I don’t live in the area and I’m really glad that I found this place because when I’m visiting friends in the area, I definitely will be coming back due to my experience with them. I would definitely recommend coming to this place. They have something for everybody and you will find everything you need here. This is one of the best smoke shops that I have found in a very long time and I wish that they were closer to my home in Long Beach because this would be my go to Smoke Shop.
