Customer service was horrendous. There were 8 people all behind the counter, and I still had to wait 5 mins before someone even acknowledged me. Then after placing a simple order of regular hot coffee I waited ANOTHER 10 MINS. Respectfully, it’s not hard to pour coffee nor should it take that long, yet they expect $20/hr for subpar service.
