I had made reservations for a party of 27 for a surprise 70th "brunch". When we arrived, we were brought back to our private room where we noticed a ceiling leak.. They asked us if we wanted to see dining room seating but we needed a private area which is why the reservations were made 2 weeks ahead of time! 25 minutes later, we are sitting down eating and we are getting soaked because there were SEVERAL other leaks coming from the ceiling ALL OVER THE ROOM to the point where WE THE GUESTS were re arranging tables so we did not get soaked!!
When we went up to the front to express our concerns to the Manager ( male ) , he said there was nothing he can do after explaining to him how their are several elderly back there who god forbid they fall and get hurt......... This manager was RUDE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! & did not give a DAMN as long as he was getting paid!!!!! a 3 hour party for my mom turned into an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Their food is ok, it's pretty bland and I would prefer healthier more appetizing options. The ice-cream here doesn't even taste like ice-cream. It tastes like watered down skim milk. The drinks are good. The staff is friendly. I am a huge sushi lover but if you want good quality sushi, don't come here. The bathrooms are really nasty. The seating arrangements are comfortable and there is a nice interior design. Also in the main entrance of the store, there are adorable fish there if you're an animal lover.I also went there with my 10 year old cousin who's a little tall for her age. They are supposed to charge children who are like 12 and under or something like that cheaper. She ended up getting charged as an adult just because she's tall. It didn't make any sense to me. It's not her fault that she's tall. My little sister who is also 10 got charged as a child just because she was short. I felt bad for my cousin because she was upset.
