You know the kind of place that “you” discover that’s so good and yet seems a little under the radar? You’re afraid to tell other people about it because you want to protect your wonderful little secret. Sway is one of those places.
I went in for pastries around 8:30 on a Sunday morning and found the pretty, clean, expansive shop practically empty. The pastries looked beautiful and were intriguing flavors like sesame banana bread and raspberry almond danishes. Amazingly, they tasted as artfully made and delicious as they looked. The cinnamon rolls have ruined any other cinnamon rolls for me. Seriously. They are that good. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products in regards to allergens.

The cinnamon roll dough was not heavy or dry and finally, a roll with enough actual cinnamon! I declined a fork as the frosting was clearly finger licking good. And it was. The blueberry Danish? Oh my! The pastry was crackly crispy on the outside but light on the inside. Held up very well to the big basin of blueberries in the center, which did not disappoint!!
