I ordered bagels and spreads for shiva I was hosting. I asked for everything on platters. The people working there went above and beyond!! Every platter was gorgeous!! They put such thoughtfulness into each crewman cheese platter, egg salad made special.. with design. The lox platter was unbelievable with the garnish of tomato, cucumbers, lemon and capers… done with such exquisite detail. Even placing my order was a pleasure. So caring abs kind. They were fast too!! I can not say enough great things about this staff abs their presentation. Top notch!! Beyond grateful!! Thank you...

Called in to order from outside the store, as per the sign on the door. Was told by the lady at the counter that she's too busy and that I'd have to wait. I was ok with that until I saw more people walking in, getting orders taken, while I remained on hold. I waited a bit, thinking she'll get to me after a person or two, that was not the case. I can understand being busy but that was plain rude. I ended up going to Dunkin, a few min away. Much better service...
