Pizza Station — Restaurant in Town of Bedford

Online order for pick-up was 20 minutes late. I was sat there in the shop with several others whose orders were also late. There was a patron there freaking out on the workers and I felt bad for them so I figured, no rush really, I can wait an extra 20. Thanked them for my very late order and left. On the way out I was getting dripped on, through the box, by one pizza that was drenched in spinach water (spinach & sausage pizza), but that's not even why I am giving a 1-star. When I got home I discovered an order of garlic knots was missing. Called to ask for a refund or delivery of the item, either option was fine with me, and the person on the phone laughed at my request, but then said he would refund me. I can understand every restaurant has a rush and can fall behind on orders, and that they can produce a very soggy pizza accidentally. That's all understandable. Having a bad attitude with a customer calling about an incomplete order is the reason for the 1-star review and why I will not go back. From start to finish this was frustrating and just not...

I usually come here on my lunch break and get. Slice as I work near the shop. I typically would not complain or leave a low review given the time I get lunch is usually busy. However I went today and they barley had any slices and I was waiting for 20 minutes!!! Just to Oder a slice. Other people ahead of me where indecisive so I asked if I can just place mines. The person behind the counter gave me a lost face ignored my request and continued to help. It was only one person taking orders, than when my slice was done I had to wait at least 10 minutes to pay. I wasted my entire break trying to order and eat a slice that wasn’t ready. No one should have to wait 20 minutes!!!! Just to order and be told no when asked if they can just place the order. I work very close by, and every time I go in they charge me something different. The cash register says one number and they ask for another. I ordered the same thing this week and was 5 dollars more, cash register only says 6$ and change, hand him a 20 expecting change and he says no sorry its 20. Then I ask for slice and he says I need to give him 6$ more so I give him a 10 and he gives me back 5???? He also rang it up as NO SALE. Why are the prices so inconsistent? Are they just making up numbers because they know me? I want to bring to the owners attention, but whomever it is, is never there. I think you need to watch your workers closely. Sadly I will not...
