We were from out of town. We ordered one large iced coffee and one large hot coffee. We get thru the drive-through and we get told what the amount was which seemed high but we gave the credit card and then they proceeded to try to give us the one large iced coffee and a large cold brew. I informed the gal that we didn’t order that and they apologized and told us to pull ahead and they would bring it out to us. Well then my husband and I asked when they were going to reimburse us because obviously I had already paid for the order and I was not going to pay for a large Cold brew when I didn’t order that. She became flustered and the manager came to the drive-through window being very rude and asking what we needed. We asked again when we were going to be credited on our credit card for the difference of the coffee and she basically said would a five dollar coupon make you feel better. We then said OK sure. She then handed it to us and told us to pull ahead and our coffee would be done shortly. Nowhere did we imply that we wanted to be reimbursed for their mistake. Read moreWe got there around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. We were the only ones in the drive-thru and no one was inside. We ordered two coffees, two muffins and two grilled cheese sandwiches. We were traveling from prairie Wisconsin back home to Kentucky. After paying I was told to please pull around front and they would have our food and drinks out momentarily. I did and a young lady brought out the grilled cheese sandwiches only. I showed her my receipt and she apologized. She then went back in and got our coffee. I showed her the receipt again and ask her where the muffins were. She apologized again and went back inside to get our muffins. She gave her deepest apologies and threw in another muffin. I can't really complain too much. It really didn't set us back all that much time. I think with more training this could be avoided. Just my opinion. Dunkin' donuts has the best coffee if you ask me. It will not stop me from going to any dunkin' donuts including this one. About to do better...

I Ordered 2 coffees, 1 is a hot caramel craze without whipped topping, which I've been ordering for months now, no one has corrected me about this before. Pulled around to the window to pay, the lady then explained the difference between a coffee & a latte to me. I politely told her I would try to order it that way going forward. Afterwards, the General Manager texted us about our experience directly without us raising a concern, or asking for said communication (gotta love the small town vibe)& harrassed us repeatedly via text for supposedly being rude to one of her employees?!
