I cannot rate on food, service or atmosphere as I truly have not yet dined at this restaurant. What I can say is the owner of this restaurant is a class act. I have worked as a waitress for years especially when I was younger. I supported myself while going to college by waitressing. It was the best way to make the most money in the least amount of hours. Waitressing is a very hard job and it is also hard dealing with unreasonable people who believe they are more important than everyone else and who expect you to do whatever they want even when they have been told before dining if an accommodation they have requested cannot be done. If this patron had listened to the restaurant before even sitting down to start their dining experience, there would not have been any issues. Instead of acting like an adult and just covering what needed to be paid that was someone else's order and asking for reimbursement from their "friend", they chose to bash a family owned business because of their ignorance. We all have an opinion whether it's the right opinion or not, but to try to hurt someone's business because of your stupidity, that is not right and pure vindictiveness. So now that I have voiced my "opinion", I will be taking the time out of my schedule to specifically drive to this restaurant so I can meet this wonderful and honest owner and have some yummy food. Come on people, stop being so evil and try to show some humanity. That 1 star rating is why I love my dogs so much, because they are far more understanding and loyal than 90% of the human race! Kudos to Stacy's owner and I can't wait to...

My husband and I have been to Stacey's twice now. We live just over 2 hrs away and this is our new stop when we head east to see family. The food is amazing and the drinks are creative and yummy. You may think everything at first glance seems a little pricey, but as soon as they set that plate in front of you, you realize they charge a fair price. The amount of food, the quality, the presentation and the taste, omg the taste, are far better than any upscale resturant I've ever been to and paid a whole lot more. Our most recent visit was this past weekend. We started off with the porkbelly spring rolls. they were good. I had the 8oz flatiron waygu with scallops, purple sweet potatoes, and cauliflower puree. Cooked perfectly, seasoned very well and I had to bring half of it home because it was a lot of food. My husband had the 18oz bone in ribeye with cajun garlic butter rock shrimp and caramelized onions, smashed potatoes and asparagus. He didn't disappoint, he cleaned his plate. For dessert we had the pistachio ricotta cake and a piece of lemon cake with a raspberry filling. Both were amazing. I would highly recommend if you are in the area to stop in. Heck I would even recommend if you're not in the area to make the drive and see for yourself how wonderful a place...

I was first introduced to Stacy’s Scratch Kitchen when she was operating a Food Truck at a marina at Sacandaga Lake. I kept going back because her food was so good. Not your typical quick pub food like menu. She has interesting choices and awesome salads and I usually don’t enjoy salads that much. Ever since she has been operating a restaurant, I have been three times. Each time everything was super delicious. The Hippie Chicken sandwich is HUGE and the chicken is moist and sooooo good. The Tomato vodka bisque soup is scrumptious. Again I’m not the biggest fan of tomato soup and this was the best soup I’ve ever had. When I go to Stacy’s I’m very likely to veer off my standard choices because everything I’ve ever had that she’s whipped up was so good. That’s saying a lot because I usually order one meal anywhere I go. The same thing any restaurant i go to. If they don’t have it in the menu I go elsewhere. I don’t like to order anything else. Well because I had such a great salad at the food truck I decided I will try pretty much anything she makes. I have not been disappointed. She changes the menu frequently and there are some great choices available. I...

I went to Stacy’s on a Friday night after work around 8 o’clock so there were only a few patrons left. Wait time was minimal and the staff were very social and welcoming. My son ordered the Tomahawk Steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. I have found over my years of eating out, very few places will give you a true medium rare steak. He devoured it. I went in wanting a filet mignon steak but for some reason the Classic burger description on their “Light Fare” menu rang true to me, so I ordered one medium rare as well. The freshness of the grass fed beef melding with the seasoning and juices of the beef swirled around in my mouth to create a symphony of flavor. This was by far the best damn burger I’ve ever had! The Rosemary infused fries were a great side as well. We were stuffed but we couldn’t help but to snag a slice of cheese cake for when we get home. We are excited to return to try some of the other menu items, perhaps that elusive filet mignon next. For the future Karen’s, the photo features an age appropriate “fancy lemonade”.

I am wildly impressed by this one. This is by far one of the best meals I’ve had in the 518. My husband and I came here from Saratoga and it beats any Saratoga restaurant we’ve been to. I almost cried eating my dinner it was so good. Just wow. You can tell the dishes are made with so much care. I got one of their specials which was the 8oz prime flat iron steak with shrimp, corn fritters, roasted carrots, and smashed potatoes. So much flavor on one plate! The steak was cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth, and had the most wonderful flavor. The mashed potatoes were full of butter and garlic. And the corn fritters were insanely good and such a fun side to have with the dish. The three jumbo shrimp it came with were huge and cooked perfectly. The dish was only $43 which in my opinion for that quality food and the portion size was more than reasonable and beats what you would pay elsewhere. Ended the dinner with some tiramisu which was a good portion also extremely delicious!! I just can’t say enough good things - I’m so excited to go back.

We've been to Stacy's several times and the food is absolutely phenomenal. From presentation to flavor, every dish showcased a deep respect for ingredients and a love of culinary craft. You can tell with every bite that Stacy is genuinely passionate about the food. We usually sit at the bar and the moment you sit down, Rich makes you feel like you’ve been coming there for years. Whether he’s shaking up a classic Old Fashioned or inventing something custom based on just a few words, his attention to detail is unmatched. Every drink he pours is perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and delivered with a story or a smile. So, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for night out, Stacy's is a must-visit.
