If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a dresser, left a cash deposit. Informed after 24 hours, ( when delivery was supposedly in 2 more days) that the piece was discontinued and no longer available.-- not a single apology. Had to drive all the way back to try to get my cash deposit back. Calmly- at first, said I was displeased and that it's slightly unprofessional to not have told me at time of order. I kept being told in an arrogant manner it's not their fault. So I said, ok, just give me my $400 back so we can go. I got yelled at and screamed at. I too, then yelled and demanded my money back. Threatened to call police and was told I would have to take him to court for it. I did NOT change my mind, or default the contract. They did. After much screaming yelling and arguing, the arrogant man gave me my money but grabbed my receipt so I would have no record of having been there and refused to give anything paper wise to me. He had more than 10k wadded up in his pocket and this was just at noon with not a single other customer to be found-- 2 days in a row-- the delivery guy was there reading both days. Clearly no delivery for 2 days. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. There's not only rude, awful customer service, but definitely shady. At least 4 high end computers yet, no website, email, or electronic ordering available to them. Awful. Worst. I dialed my husband and never hung up. He has the whole thing on his voicemail. Read moreTwo thumbs up. Last week we purchased a beautiful marble counter height dinette set and a leather sofa and love seat. The sales person (Bob) was fantastic he answered all of our questions and was polite enough to let us browse without following us around the store but was always available to answer all of our questions. Three reasons why we are giving them 5 stars, fantastic prices, great sales personnel, and an unbeatable selection. Our furniture was delivered today less than one week from purchase and the delivery was also very professional and top-notch. The furniture was carried up my driveway as to not damage my newly installed driveway. They were careful as we also have a grand piano in our living room where the sofa and love seat was installed. All of the furniture was neatly assembled with professional quilts as to not scratch our new kitchen floor. True sales professionals at the store with great product and great prices in addition to professionally delivered furniture. Thanks to everyone at Tiffany furniture as now we will enjoy our beautiful dinette set and living room set. We will highly recommend your store to all of our family and friends and definitely shop there in the future, thanks again Anne-...
Read moreI don’t often post reviews, but this one is definitely warranted.We bought a sectional couch from Tiffany’s Furniture in Farmingdale about a year ago (they have since closed their doors). We ran into a few issues with the couch (e.g. the motor on one of the electric recliners failed).
Despite the fact that this Tiffany’s Furniture in Medford is not associated with the Farmingdale location, they were more than happy to jump in and help us get the situation resolved. From the managers at Tiffany’s all the way to the repairmen that came to fix the couch, they could not have been more professional & courteous given our situation.
It is hard to find customer service like that in this day & age (good luck with Bob’s or Raymour & Flanigan unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars on some protection plan). I highly recommend this store not just for their quality furniture, but their exceptional...
