So tonight I walked into Dunkin probably just after 11 pm to get ice cream before I went home after a very long day of work, just after I walked in i realized that the customer at the counter was speaking very fast and very loud with his ice cream order. From order to order the customer was also saying insults to the gentleman behind the counter, who was only trying make sure he got the order right.. the guy was saying the order so fast that even I was getting confused with what he was saying. And as soon as the man working behind the counter asked something in regards to the order, this jerk who was placing the order started to insult his ethnicity. Saying he couldn’t speak English.. cursing at him and threatening him in a way that I was wondering if I or others would have to get involved then finally the rude customer stated “give me my money back before I pull you over the counter”. Well the employee of this Dunkin‘ Donuts, a gentleman by the name of Yeasen, and I do mean a gentleman, kept himself composed with things being said to him that if the same things were said to me I don’t believe I would have the same self control. And he calmly refunded the mans money. After this Lunatic stormed out of the store slamming the door open on his way out. I went to Yeasen and comended him on how well he carried himself. He thanked me than took my order and was able to converse with me with no problem. So well that I left a tip afterwards. I’m not one to get involved in many things that don’t involve me. But this truly bothered me as a human being, hearing the hate someone else can speak to someone else. I just hope that the owners of this Dunkin’ Donuts know how extraordinary of an employee they have with Yeasen. This was a situation that could have went so much worse with a store full of people. I want to give a special shoutout to Theminah, who’s usually there in the mornings. She is always smiling, incredibly considerate, and truly makes your day better with her warmth and professionalism. She’s just one of the many frontline employees who make this Dunkin’ stand out from the rest.
I also want to acknowledge all the other employees—I wish I knew all their names because they deserve recognition! They have a unique ability to connect with customers, making you genuinely want to come back. You don’t find that at every Dunkin’. The owner of this location has an incredible team—an absolute asset to the brand!
Beyond the service, the coffee here is consistently great, and the bakery items are always fresh. Yes, sometimes there’s a long line, but let’s be real—good service and quality products attract customers! Even when it takes a little longer (and by longer, I mean more than a minute, which is still fast compared to other locations), they handle the rush efficiently. If you’ve been to other Dunkin’s—especially outside of New York—you know that wait times can be much worse.
This team balances in-store and mobile orders like pros, ensuring everyone gets what they need as quickly as possible. Their hustle and dedication deserve recognition, and I hope the owner truly values this incredible group of employees. Keep up the phenomenal work! This is hands down one of the best Dunkin’ locations out there.

The First Instance was when I ordered 3 Egg and Cheese between a Croissant, and I received 3 Egg and Cheese between Stale, Old Bread! I excused this because people Make Mistakes, and I assumed this was a Mistake.
The Second Instance happened today! My Brother ordered a Large French Vanilla Frozen for me, and an Employee gave him a Large Unsweetened Iced Coffee (The Label claims there's 4 Vanilla Shot, but there's 0 Vanilla Shot) and confirmed that was a Large French Vanilla Frozen Coffee. The Employee Took Advantage of my Brother because he's a Kid and doesn't know better.
