I would give 0 stars if I could.

Completely dishonest staff. I was in the store to purchase a tie last week. I couldn't choose between 2 colors so I decided to get them both and return the one I didn't like after matching it with the suit I had at home. I asked the salesperson behind the register if I can return the item and how long the return window is. I was told that as long as the tags are on the tie and not worn, it can be returned within 7 days. There was also another salesperson or manager standing next to him hearing this conversation and didn't say anything different.

I came into the store today to return the item and the salesperson told me ties are not a returnable item even though it still had its tag on it and was not worn. He also told me it was the 3rd time today he had to turn away customers who had the same issue. So clearly the store was giving out incorrect information and then failed to honor the return even though they were in the wrong.

Awful way to handle business and completely scummy. Stay away from this place. I left the unworn extra tie at their register and requested a charge back through my credit card because this store doesn't deserve any customers or...

After leaving a place that rhymes with “The Hen’s Fair Mouse” underwhelmed and uninspired. A friend mentioned give Karako a try… this place is a breathe of fresh air.

Not 5 mins after entering the clean well lit establishment was I respectfully acknowledged & attended to. I had the privilege of working with a younger gentleman by the name of Dan. I came in with a vague idea of what I was in search of. We immediately went over the basics followed by, taking actual measurements. Contrary to the try “this on” method employed at the previous spot.

In closing, a more personal touch was highly appreciated. Dan is well-versed in his craft, patient & open to constructive criticism (of his choices) which made it easy to find a happy medium. Had an absolutely horrendous experience here about 5 minutes ago, so angry I'm in the parking lot writing about it. I have no choice but to use Karako since my groomsmen are in different states, I need to use a franchise, that being said we were in there for 25 minutes to an older man eating lunch and did not help us. Only made snarky remarks saying "oh your wedding is in April, why are you here? It doesn't make sense" well, we want to know how we get my groomsmen setup with suits, my fiancé wants to see color schemes so she can coordinate with her bridesmaids? Absolutely floored that this is the service we have received here. I'm hoping there's another Franchise somewhere because I don't think I can go back here.
