Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I came to the drive thru today for a simple iced macchiato. I forgot to ask for nondairy milk which I apologized for and said id pay extra for. I get handed a mocha macchiato and told that’s what I ordered. I explained I only wanted almond milk not mocha and was told to drive up and wait. Then one of the workers bangs on the window to flag me over so I had to get out of my car. Now a different worker is asking me what MY problem is with her arms crossed,attitude at a 100. I said i don’t know why you’re giving me an attitude all I asked was almond milk and she was so rude to me I had to just walk away. The people their are so miserable and never get my order correct. It’s not even like the order is complicated with has a bunch of add ons…it was just almond milk. Ordered half a dozen donuts, the guy Jarif that works at the drive thru must have had a hard time hearing me because I pulled up to the window and he was making a box up for a dozen and told me the total was $11.99. I told them that I only wanted half a dozen, they still didn’t understand. I told them to forget about it, I’ll take the full dozen since it was made and Jarif then told me he was not going to charge me for the dozen. Just checked my card when I got home, looks like Jarif charged me for the full dozen at $11.99 even though he stated he would not. Don’t force customers into buying more then they expect. They need to brush up on their English skills, this should not be a drive thru location. Never using this...

The service is terrible. The place is drive through only and I couldn’t hear them through the ordering machine because they were mumbling and barely spoke English. When I got to the window the lady had messed up my order and gave me the wrong drinks, when I corrected her and told her what I wanted she rolled her eyes at me. The food I ordered was thrown in the bag like it was trash. Every time I order from there the food and donuts I get are cold or stale. I’ve stopped going to this dunkin and started going to the one in lake grove. The service in the lake grove dunkin is much better.
