I used to go there a lot before the pandemic, food was great and priced were excellent! But 2 days ago I returned and what a disappointment.....I placed an order for pick up I clearly said what I wanted and also asked for the price, the menu was $3 more expensive than before, I understand after covid you need to make your money back...so I agreed, once I went there I asked for my order and the girl couldn't see it because she thought I ordered something else....anyway she kind of gave me an attitud and ran to the kitchen to change it when she came back I told her can I pay you now? She no no just wait for your food (in a very nasty way) There were 2 guys behind me and I heard how she treated them....omg suuuper nice and sweet, I got really ofended honestly because I didn't deserve that treatment, I paid and she didn't even said good bye or anything she just turned around and ignored me....Anyway I got home and found out they gave me beef soup instead of chicken (so she made a mistake once again because I asked her what kind of soup the had and I accepted to have soup because she told me it was chicken) and the food that I ordered had barely any meet ....I mean I was just eating rice the whole time....I paid more for less than what I used to get....what a shame, will never come back honestly I prefer to deive 10min more and go to LOS ANDES in Patchogue, they haven't chsnged their prices nor their food!!!!! And most important GOOD...
Read moreEver since Covid-19 many places have decreased their quality. Prices have gone up & they give you less while paying more SMH. This place has great food but for the price it's a rip off. Lomo saltado to go, you pay very expensive for a whole lot of rice, onions, tomatoes & very little steak & fries. We buy to go here but it's becoming a robbery now. What is the owner going to do? Send Peruvians to hurt us for saying the truth. That's why this is called a review. Maybe you guys can read it & do better. Sometimes their food is not good aswell, different cook or something but sucks for real. These Latino places in long Island are not like the culture. Jackson Heights where these thieves stole the green sauce recipe from & Woodside, Corona & Brooklyin, uptown & the Bronx have the real Latino experience. I'm ashamed that our own people have succumb to the long Island way. And it's not our Latino way. Not at all. Woodside 3 dollar Dominican plate. Blows away the serving from these places in long Island. And from a bodega. We can cook & don't need...
Read moreWOW what an experience. This place feels bigger then what it is. My wife and I went to eat in and had such a great time and seat. The place is quaint but very clean and the atmosphere is very inviting. There is no separators at the tables but it was very well maintained and handled and the customers that did enter to eat in gave space to the others around. The food was super amazing and delicious. Quick to bring food to the table and decent service. The sangria was the best I have had in any other spot so far. We loved the pictures on the wall which ended up being one big sticker. The bathroom was clean and didn't stink. The tables were cleaned and the parking lot is huge. It's a little spot with huge taste. I most definitely recommend the sangria. Everything was above expected. Will...
