Bagel Brothers — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Good evening people, to my awful arrive to this face it was sadly disappointing. At first, when I came in and saw someone ordering a bagel I saw one guy wiping his nose on the parchment paper when the guy was making it, I was unsure if it was nose picking but that’s just unsanitary. Second, when my sister was taking my order they kept getting confused on what I wanted since my sister ordered 2 bagels and a roll with ALL different things. Third, we had to wait maybe to over 10 minutes since it was a bit busy, but once we got our bagels and went home to eat we both checked our orders and immediately got upset. The bagels were ROCK hard and including it was very unsanitary. I saw some guy with 1 glove one and one off, one of his hands had the glove on it and were on the most likely dirty counter. I am disappointed in this place seeming they gave me different things that I DID not order for my bagel, when I order my bagel I wanted it to be bacon scrambled egg n cheese which was not a hard order with a plain bagel, however when I got my sandwich it was different. It turned out to be a roll with over easy egg sausage and cheese. Same for my sister that bagel was rock hard. There was only 1 sandwich that was ok and that was for a 6yr old so im unsure if it was actually ok bc he did not even finish and had to go immediately to bathroom. I’m disappointed!! Not worth the 21$!! Don’t come here my fellow people !! I think it was the eggs were off and both of my nephews and my sister immediately went to the bathroom after that!...

I would have given 1 star, but the quality of the food is actually good( when they get the orders correct ) Recently, the service on the other hand, has been having A LOT of issues. My company orders from there daily, within 1 week, they’ve forgotten or messed up the order 4 out of the last 5 times. I was just charged $12 for an egg sandwich, which I’ve been ordering since March and it’s always $8, unless they raised the prices since yesterday. The women behind the counter told me someone must of forgot to charge me. Yet, I’ve been paying $8 for the same sandwich all year. Sadly, our company will no longer be using them anymore. I advise everyone to always get a receipt to make sure prices don’t change the next day and double check your orders before you leave if you use them. Best of luck to them and I hope they turn...

If I could give this place one star I would. First, they have too many people conversing with staff members when the lines are long and obnoxiously slow. The bagels we ordered weren’t fresh. They were stale. The lox was fresh. We ordered a bagel platter and were given no bagel with it because the kids making the sandwiches forgot to give it to us. When asked why we didn’t get it and that we would pay for a new bagel, the girl at the front said,” sure I’ll make you a new bagel.” She then proceeded to charge $4.00 for the new bagel when we inquired about having to pay for a new one instead of giving us what we paid for in the first place. That is dishonest in many ways and very untrustworthy of staff. The coffee was disgusting. We left unsatisfied and still had to find food elsewhere. I wouldn’t...
