A lot of people have been sleeping on this Restaurant. It’s under NEW management. The food is fantastic and the prices are great. Including the service. Don’t listen to the older reviews since that was under the old management. I ordered chicken shawarma, and chicken shish tawook rice platter. It takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes to make, so please be patient. I ordered for take out. There isn’t much seating. The owner is very nice and helped me decide what I should get.

Everything was pretty good, but the chicken shawarma hit different. It’s light, delicious, and it reminded me of the shawarmas I’ve had in Michigan, which has a huge Arab population. The shawarma sandwich was cut into small pieces and wrapped perfectly which is easy to eat and I liked as it didn’t cause the sauce to drip or chicken coming out of the wrap. I would definitely recommend to try their chicken shawarma and the fries. I think it was seasoned with salt, pepper, and some Arab spices too, but I honestly don’t know and they were good. The chicken shish tawook comes with onions, tomatoes, and rice. Everything was moist and juicy. I had one chicken that was a bit too chewy, but I ate the others and they were good.

This is an updated place now with a new owner who genuinely wants to run a good and honest business. I believe all the middle eastern part of menu is up to mark. I haven’t had much of the Indian part of their menu, except the naan and I’ll say it’s is ok. However, I’ll definitely have to come back and give a full review of the desi food. My family always goes to red chilli due to trying to support a Muslim Pakistani business we’ve been coming here on and off for 2 ish years! The naan is what we get! The last 2 times we got kebab and it’s been so raw! We give the benefit of the doubt! I called and asked to have it well done due to it being raw in the past! I was friendly and kind! However the food was so raw! It was literally red in the middle as chicken and was disgusting! I usually don’t call back for food error but it was so gross! Do not eat here! I called back and the person on the phone had a crazy attitude and was catching an attitude when we simply were kind and asked if we could have a refund because we don’t feel appetized to have them make us chicken from their establishment! It’s a food concern someone should call the health department on them for raw chicken! I don’t have that time but, it was so raw! It’s insane that the people on the phone are so attitudey idk who picked up but we’ve had issues with them before I don’t care enough but I doubt the owner wants attitudy people picking up the phone! They just lost out on sm business and my 7-8 other family members too! And their families! It’s insane that they would cuss at a costumer and say “what do you want us to do? Worst experience . So I bought food from them last night 10/31/22. It was my moms bday . I asked him before placing an order about the menu . I double check with them how they make it . I ordered one mix grill , one butter chicken , one goat karahi . 4 tandoori roti , 2 tandoori naan . 1 garlic naan . They said everything perfect about it . but as soon as I reached back my home and opened the boxes . It was nothing like how it should be . I am Indian . I been grew up eating Indian food . Ever since we migrated to USA , Queens , New Jersey all Indian diner make how it should be made and justifying the dishes . Butter chicken was nothing like it . It was simple masala chicken , the grill had only 1 chapli kabab, 1 seekh kabab, 1 small chunk of chicken he called malai kabab with one big tomato and 1 big onion in it .

I ordered mix grill almost everytime from queens and atleast 4 ppl can easily dine in with that .

But yesterday from Red chilli it wasn’t enough for one person . The tandoori roti was all burnt out and was like a papad . So dry .

And the time I call him back he said that’s not his problem . That’s how they make it . And he wasn’t even taking back his food . That’s disgusting.
