This guy is selling faulty devices instead of calling his distributor and demanding they be taken back. I bought 2 identical devices about 3 days apart because the device seemed to work well. Low and be hold the first device has since stopped charging and on the second use of the second device, it failed and was stuck on, in the "in use" position.(EXTREMITY DANGEROUS) I brought it back with receipt, within 20 hours of purchased. He actually knew before I even walked in that I was going to complain about the faulty device. I began to show him how the button had fallen into the device and that it wasn't a battery issue and he got abrupt and rude, quite the contrary from the jolly salesman I met with cash in hand. Worst experience in a vape shop ever. I purchased a pack of Mint Myle pods for 19.54$. So I leave the store and I open my first pod I open it the liquid is leaked out all over the container which made it useless the second one I open it doesn’t even fit in my device it won’t fit at all.. so I go back to the shop to see if the man would exchange my pack. The man says no how do I know you did not just go and refill these.. I try explaining over and over again that I bought these from him not even 10 minutes ago and he’s still just like no I won’t exchange it nor will I refund it.
